The day I Met the Most Handsome Man in the World (Part 2)
Let me just say, if you haven't read PART 1 of The day the I Met the most Handsome Man in the World. You won't understand the story.

So for those that know the story.
I gave him a friendly hug and proceeded inside. Saturday nights at Sea are really nice, they have a cool DJ that sets a great mood in the restaurant, so as I entered the restaurant I knew it was going to be a good night. We were seated immediately and as I looked across the table and stared at this beautiful, handsome, dreamy man… it HAPPENED!!!

He opened his mouth.... and I couldn't believe what came out mainly because I couldn't understand one word he was saying. (Here is where you laugh) Okay let me explain, my Mr. Dream guy (at the time) was white (oyinbo) and he came to this country from Germany, Russia, or some European country a couple of months ago.We never spoke on the phone, we would always text each other. So as I'm on this date, looking into the eyes of what I thought was my dream man, I could not help but laugh, God was playing a funny trick on me. Here I was sitting next to what I perceived as the most handsome man in the world but his English was so BAD (I can't understand him!) At one point during the date, I felt like I was on a comedy show and I was just waiting for Ashton Kutcher or someone to tell me it was a practical joke, but unfortunately no one came out. I found myself constantly saying "What did you say?" "Pardon?" or "Can you repeat that?" #frustrated Can you imagine? The excitement of what I thought was going to be a beautiful beginning only for it to turn to a beautiful tragedy. What I took from that experience was that one shouldn't judge a book by it's cover and to make sure that before you get emotionally invested in someone, make sure they can speak English. lol
